Hypersnap HSD - showing blank pages.

Hi there,
        we are running a Hypersnap 7,  we are testing an install running a Citrix Published desktop with the hypersnap application is being delivered as a Citrix published application. 
 
When attempting to use the capture options e.g. region, Active window or full screen etc.Objects seem to be shown screen or a millisecond then are replaced by a black screen, so objects are not are recognised / shown on screen. So when attempting to capture something e.g. word document, only black shows and is captured. 
 
any help would be appreciated

    It's probably the same issue as always with "black screen" - a "security" software "protects" you from screen captures, assuming that some malicious program installed on your system would capture screen when you enter something confidential (like credit cards etc.) and send to hackers. You must tell this "super-security" product that HyperSnap is safe and allowed to make screen captures. Search this board for "black screen" and you'll find some specific instructions for specific security products as well, but it depends what really you are using.

    Also, make sure you don't have "Clear Transparency For Windows Captures" enabled under Capture settings. This will cause this failure in an RDP session, so I'm betting it will in a Citrix session as well.

    Oh, that's interesting, thank you! However this should only affect window captures, an not e.g. Region capture operation. Trex: could you try this as well anyway, and let us know what happens? Thanks!
