Can't edit, HP ver. 7.29.03

Hi, I'm a Chinese user. I found I can't edit after several days' using of Hypersnap. My system is original WIN7.0 ( updated freely to WIN8 now). The phenomena is: I wish to draw a block or arrow, but the color pattern is totally gone. Just like this screen shot shows. Whoever can help me to fix this bug. ( fyi, I removed the HP again and again, and restored it again. At first, the color is back. But finally it gone definitely.)

Sorry, can't upload the pic at moment. Who can note me how to insert a pic ?

Probably the reason you "cannot draw" is that you are drawing with a completely transparent ink. After clicking the big square described as "Use foreground color", move the "A" slider to the right of color palette to the right. Right now the "Alpha" or "Opacity" color component is set to 0, which means that whatever you draw, will be completely transparent. If you want to make a color completely opaque, move the A slider all the way to right, to the "255" value.

To upload images, click the "Upload files to server" button at the bottom of message editor screen, select any image from your computer and click OK. Then, once you have it uploaded, it appears as another button at the bottom of your message editor. Click that button to insert an image into the text of your message.
