Hypersnap - Serious issues with OUTLOOK 2013

Long Time HPS user... I have been having a problem for some time now that has gotten to beyond frustrating point.
 
Whenever I have OUTLOOK 2013 open, Hypersnap sometimes won't load..or it hangs if it loads.  This happens if I have Outlook open 1st.
 
If I have Hypersnap open and then run Outlook...it will cause HS to become unstable and it locks up or freezes.
 
Sometimes this happens when I have Firefox open too.
 
My system is Windows 7 x64 - Hypersnap is latest release 7.26.02
