Not Responding new version 7.13.04

Was working with Hypersnap just fine. I got the there is a new version box. I downloaded and installed it.
Now when I try to upload via FTP the program says: Not Responding.    
 
Please provide this additional data: 
Exact HyperSnap version in use (from Help/About menu): 7.13.04  
Windows version in use: WIN7

    I just tried my 1st FTP after a Reboot and I think it fixed the issue.
    I hate rebooting since I have so much work opened and I can never remember where I was after the reboot. I should take sceenshots before each reboot. LOL!
     
    For the record: I have never had to reboot before when upgrading Hypersnap.

    I did not change anything in FTP code recently - a not responding message may mean that something is wrong with the server, the internet connection - or with Windows system itself. In this last case a reboot would help.
    Reboot after installing a newer version of HyperSnap is only needed, if some component - most often a DLL - cannot be replaced with a newer version due to being still loaded into another process. This would be most often TextSnap DLL.
