Need to verify whether I qualify for free upgrade to Hypersnap 7

  Hi, I'm planning to upgrade Hypersnap to Ver 7. I'm not exactly sure whether I qualify for the free upgrade or not as I can't remember when I last purchased the licence. Could you let me have an e-mail address I can send my Hypersnap e-licence to verify whether I qualify? Thanks in advance.

Windows version in use: Windows XP SP2

    Hello jaggy,
    if you still have your license email from Hyperionics - the one with the license number in it, just look at the date of the mail. If you bought your license within ONE year before the release of HyperSnap 7 - that would be roughly August 1st, 2010, then you qualify. If you bought it before August, 2010, you'll have to pay the update fee.
    If you don't have the email anymore, you can check with the lost license page (look at the site map to the left), enter your data AND the mail adress you used to order HS 6. If your purchase is found, the date will be shown also.

    Also, anyone considering this question - please just download and install HyperSnap 7 without uninstalling your copy of HyperSnap 6. Both can coexist on the same machine and can be used in turn. If you install HyperSnap 7 on a computer with HyperSnap 6 installed, it finds the license HyperSnap 6 has and checks it. If the license is good for HyperSnap 7, it saves and is ready to use as a fully licensed product. You may then uninstall HyperSnap 6 if you want, or keep both.
     
    If HyperSnap 6 license is too old, HyperSnap 7 will tell you so and function for 20 days in evaluation mode. In this mode it's fully functional and you may try it, decide if you like it enough to buy the $19.50 upgrade, or uninstall it. At the same time, HyperSnap 6 is still present on the machine and ready to use at any time.
