Reading XML pages

Hi again,
Is there a way to read text in xml documents just by sending a generated page to Voice Aloud reader? E.g.
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?format=xmlfm&action=query&prop=extracts&redirects=true&explaintext&exsectionformat=wiki&exlimit=1&titles=Europe

    I'm sorry, I don't have a good way of opening such XML files. It would have to be pre-processed to either plain text or HTML format, or XHTML, to open and read it correctly in @Voice.
