Hypersnap V800 Photo scanner Driver

I am currently using Windows 11.
I cannot start / use Hypersnap after the Windows restart. It seems to "loose" the Epson driver. If I go into Windows services and Stop / start the Windows Image Acquisition (WIA), the driver reappears. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver a few times as well. From the Epsom website, I have tried the latest driver as well.

This rather sounds like Windows 11 bug, or Epson driver bug on Windows 11. Check with Epson support web site if there is an update for this driver (OK, upon second reading of your message I understand you already did this), or submit a bug report to Epson and/or Windows 11...
