Page Setup

When I open Page Setup, I get a message that the print driver is not working correctly, and that I cannot configure the page setup properties.  If I install HyperSnap 32bit, and configure the printer page, and then install HyperSnap 64bit, the program works, but I still can't configure the page properties.  As long as I get the properties set up correctly in the 32bit version, things are OK.   I am running HyperSnap 8.6.17, Windows 10 Pro, Update 1909.  This issue has been around for a while.  Is there a fix available or planned?

This is a bug in the 64-bit printer driver, which is not my product. I cannot fix it. Tell the people who made this driver to correct the problem. I know that Microsoft Print to PDF file 64-bit driver has this issue, and I tried to tell Microsoft about it, but as usual for all huge companies - they ignore user input. I don't know which driver or device you are using.
