Can I create a duplicate of a screen capture to allow me to edit the two differently?

I'm on HyperSnap v 8.12.02.  I performed a screen capture, but before editing or saving it in any way (it still appears on the left side as [Snap24*]) I'd like to make a duplicate, still in HyperSnap, that I could also edit.  I need to focus on one portion of the capture on version 1, and a different portion of the capture on version 2.  Is that possible?  I'm trying to avoid having to go back to the program from which the screen capture was originally taken and replicate the scenario in order to capture the screen again.

The fastest way: copy your image, then press the down pointing triangle ext to the "Paste" button at the very top and press "Paste as new image". Now you'll have to identical images in HyperSnap 8 window.
