Best TTS Engines Free/Premium (Updatable)

Greetings Great Sirs and Madams,

it would be of great benefits to everyone if we can keep this a post where everyone can share their best tts engines that we can use with this amazing app.
Of Course, if it is allowed by the Admin.

i my self still use IVONA - AMY as my favourate voice, had her for a few years and i have yet to find one with better quality. (Plus its was free before it was bought by stupid Amazon).

Just to be clear, i dont like the sevices that charge by the character or by the second, i find that too greedy to consider supporting them. i am ok with monthly fees (if reasonable). or the best choice would be a one time payments and download the voice to your phone.

Please share what tts you use or if you know of a high quality natural voices that you recommend.

Sounds like a good idea, although probably not many people will be able to post here. The old forum users still can post, but the Forum software is very old, no longer supported, and it started malfunctioning a few months ago, so I had to disable the signup of new users and left it as rather a "read only resource".

I liked Ivona TTS voices too, but it became so difficult to make them work on newer versions of Android, that I gave up. The same voices, and many, many more are now available as Amazon Polly cloud TTS service, with a small free usage limit per month and a "pay as you go" subscription model. Recently, depending on the language I want to listen to (I listen in 4 languages), I use rather some Vocalizer or Acapela TTS voices, or Google TTS network voices, which became better recently.
