Upgrade to 64bit HSnap 8, capture causes entire screen to go black, ESC restores screen

Just upgraded from HS Version 7 (latestP Nothing changed in settings (using all setting from latest version of HS 7).  Running Version 8.01.01 64 bit.

Running Win 7 Professional, 64bit OS 0 SP1…  64GB RAM  Intel Xeon CPU E5-1650 V2 3.5gh cpu.   Only thing changes is upg to Ver 8, been running V7 on this system without issue for about a year.

Entire screen goes black doing a Region Capture (about the only thing I ever use).   Captured area is also black.  Restarted system but problem remains the same.

Problem fixed: . Webroot Secure Anywhere, Identity Protection.  ALLOW Hypersnap access to apps,   Webroot by default denies Hypersnap access when it is installed.

Thank you for telling us about this! Others inquired about this issue as well, I'm trying to mark this thread as "FAQ", if I can figure this out in this weird Forum software...
