Localization/language setting

A first hello,
 
is there a way to localize/set the language of HyperSnap?

    We have a few language versions to download at http://www.hyperionics.com/?Page=hsdx/downloads.asp. We don't have a localization toolkit or ability to switch the language while the program runs. One could replace a few DLL files in e.g. the English version of HyperSnap 7 (after you exit the program) with their German or French equivalents, and then it would run in that language.
