Adding text at various offset positions

Exact HyperSnap version in use (from Help/About menu): __7.15.0____ 
Windows version in use: __Windows 7 Home Premium____ 
 
Is it possible to add text on image at offset angles instead of the usual horizontal position?

    I have just seen the rotating point inside the text box.It's a bit tricky to use but the issue is solved
