Menu Bar Disappears

I've had an intermittent issue with HyperSnap where, after awhile, the menu bar starts disappearing.  By shutting down HyperSnap and restarting it the problem goes away.
I didn't see anything in my search so this issue may not happen too much for other people, either.

Please provide this additional data:
Exact HyperSnap version in use (from Help/About menu): _7.14.02
Windows version in use: Windows 7 Enterprise

Are you using HYPERSNAP 7 with the classic menu interface, instead of the ribbon? Can you reliably reproduce the problem and give me the sequence of operations that causes this issue? If so, please send me the steps, and also save your configuration to a file (Options menu, "Save Configuration") and send me that file as email attachment.

    Hello Charles,
could it be, that you clicked on the small arrow up / down next to the help button on the right side of the menu bar?
If so, the ribbon disappears and re-appears, if you click on the ribbon name in the menu bar. Click again on the arrow down (same position) and the ribbons should stay.
If this is not the solution, please try to describe exactly what happenes.
Do you use the classic or the ribbon interface? There is no such option in the classic menu, I think. Then we have to look elsewhere.
