Crash on 3D game

  when i play 3D game Napoleon Total War, i got crash when i use scroll lock key....
if i dont use scroll lock key everything normal.

Windows version in use: WIn 7 X64

Could you please try this:
on the "Capture" tab of HyperSnap 7 ribbon, click "More..." button, then click "Video or game...". Look at the check-boxes at the top - if "Video Capture" has a check-mark, click to remove it. Leave the check-mark only in "Game Capture" field. Then click OK and try using Scroll Lock key to capture from that game again. What happens this way?
