scaling rectangular selection instead of re-sizing works inproperly

HS 7.14.00 new feature description
"The rectangular area selection, after it's moved and de-selected, then selected again, is now scaled when dragging its corners, instead just enlarging the selection area."

The idea is really great, but there is a problem with implementation.  At my system the rectangular area selection is now scaled in any event when dragging its corners instead of enlarging the selection area. Say, I make a rectangular selection with LMB, release the mouse button, than immediately move cursor to a corner or middle of the selection boarder line and drag it. And the selection start to scale.
But I'd like to have an option to resize the selection as well.
BTW, sometimes it is needed to resize even after the selection is moved and de-selected and selected again. So you could reserve some way for resizing too, say, Ctrl+LMB or something like that.

Please provide this additional data:
Exact HyperSnap version in use (from Help/About menu): 7.14.01
Windows version in use: XP SP-2
The rectangular area selection, after it's moved and de-selected, then selected again, is now scaled

Indeed, this is not right and not as I intended it. I corrected this now, download ver. 7.14.02 in a few minutes (I'm still uploading it here). Thank you for catching this, Leopold!

    Hi Greg,
scaling and enlarging with 7.14.02 now works as intended.
Additional question: is it possible to combine the drawing of the corner markers with CTRL or ALT to scale or enlarge it proportionally. Right now it scales in both directions but you have to be very precise to keep the aspect ratio.

Will try to do something like this in the next release of HyperSnap 7. Thank you, Thomas!

Support the idea, but I'd rather suggest to make preserving proportions a default behavior. So you should involve Alt/Ctrl/Shift or some other modificator in order not to rescale proportionally.

And one more thing. There could be an option to rescale the selection just in its original place, without moving it (just as it was made by mistake in the version 7.14.01 ;) But IMHO it should not be by default, but rather with some modificator and/or additional switch.

Thank you, Thomas and Loepold, your input is very important to me as I work to implement these features.
