hyperionics db toolbar \ UninstallToolbar.exe Trojan?

hyperionics db toolbar \ UninstallToolbar.exe Trojan? Every day when scanning my system with Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security 3.1.1109 this program pops up as a threat called  TROJ_GEN.USBB 15XHT. Any ideas on why? Recommendations?

Exact HyperCam version in use (on the License tab): 2.25.01
Windows version in use: Win 7 Home Premium

Please update your Trend Micro anti-virus software and scan again. If the error comes up again after this, two things are possible:
 
1. Trend Micro has another "false positive". You could send this file to them to test for this possibility.
2. The file indeed got infected from some other source and should be cleaned up.
 
Possibility 1. is much more likely - anti-virus programs are not perfect and most of them have at least several "false positives" per year. I don't get any warnings for this file on my system from "Microsoft Security Essentials" and McAfee anti-virus programs.
