Problem with scrolling, window, and other captures: defaults to whole screen capture

Whenever I try to do a scrolling capture, the program captures the whole screen.  Just that simple.  I can do an active screen capture, and a regional capture, but not the ones listed above or the multiple captures.  The default is always to the whole screen.  (What additional info can I send to help solve the problem?)  Thanks

    Hello kdkrone,
please check within Capture Settings - Capture tab, if there is an entry in the field "Autoscrolling refresh every xx ms". 20 ms is a good value.
Please note, that autoscrolling may not work on webpages with active content, p.e. parts of the page does not scroll down with the rest etc.
Try the Region with Autoscrolling. See, if result is the same.
We also need information, if it only happenes in webpages or in documents, the windows explorer and other application windows.
Are the hotkeys you use, set to the HyperSnap standards? If not, they may collide with the hotkeys of other applications, depending on which app started first.
Please, first try some of the other captures with scrolling and check the hotkeys.
If nothing works, describe, what you tried to capture from which application.
