Why two tabs for "Keyboard" in View | Customize ???

What is the reason for having two tabs for "Keyboard" displayed in the View | Customize menu?  If the tabs are not functionally identical, shouldn't they have a more descriptive title?
 
Specifically, how do the two tabbed menu items differ?
 
Please provide this additional data: 
Exact HyperSnap version in use (from Help/About menu): 07.11.03 
Windows version in use: Win 7 SP1

    I see - my error after upgrading the 3rd party software library that HyperSnap uses, this crept in unnoticed by me. Will correct with the next release, thank you for telling me about this!

    I corrected this now - update your copy of HyperSnap 7 from "Help" ribbon tab, "Software updates" even if it says you already have this version, should be OK now.
