Hello nekooee, please check the following: TextSnap Options - Activate TextSnap for unformatted text formatted text tab-delimited text Only the first two options should be active. The third is only necessary, if importing text into programs like Excel or Calc when tables are to be transferred into columns. If it still doesn't work, try completely de-installing, removing the registry key of hyperionics and re-install again. To be honest, I've seen many cases where everything works with the exception of current browsers, but not the other way around. If necessary, deactivate RTF-text also and test again. Do you by chance use it within Citrix Mainframe or similar programs? Thomas Lesser Admin

Hello Nekooee, I have no explanation. I experience the same effect. @Greg: I still use v7.11.01 German and reproduce identic results. Please have a look at the video. It is a persian site, but the download works and the file is clean. Just extract the sfw. Thomas Lesser Admin

Sorry for the late answer, I was busy setting up my new laptop as my main daily work machine. Could you (Thomas and Armin) send me a complete list of files in your HyperSnap 7 folder, where you installed your copy of HyperSnap 7. It looks like 64-bit TextSnap components (HSTxtCap64.dll and TsHelper64.exe) were not installed correctly on your machines. After you take the whole list, or at least verify that these file are installed or not on your system, please uninstall completely HyperSnap 7 and reinstall (you will also need to enter your license key after that), then verify if the 64-bit files are there and report the results. If you remember, please tell me how exactly you installed your current copy of HyperSnap 7. Greg

I know, but I see that all the 64-bit components are correctly installed, so I'm totally puzzled by this - why they won't work as on the other machines. I have no idea what could be different there, without actually sitting by your machine. If you have any clues, please share them. Maybe there is a conflict with some other app installed on your system... Greg

After I recovered Windows, first install the HyperSnap. The problem does not conflict with other programs. But Each time after recovery Windows, and I installed the program, the result is different. Sometimes after a recovery snaptext is working correctly, and sometimes after recovery snaptext does not work , and this has surprised me

Hello Nekooee, please explain, what "recover Windows " means. If you mean shutdown and restart Windows, then there may be the problem. You normally have several programs in the autostart group. Some of them start invisible, and you only find an icon in the tray on the right bottom of the screen. With normal Windows Setup you cannot control which program starts first. So it may well be possible, that HyperSnap and other programs never start in the same order. Sometimes HyperSnap is first and everything works, sometimes not. Only way is to disable all other programs in Autostart and registry and then test again. Or look for a software called Project Lasso. With this program, you can monitor and change the autostart programs. But if you do not have HyperSnap in Autostart, then maybe do so first. It gets to be started earlier than other software and may work correctly. If I am wrong, then, again, please explain the term "recover". Thomas Lesser Admin

thank you The recovery means: to restore the Windows partition by The hidden partition backup. My laptop is asus. After recovery by recovery partition, Windows partition to the first day back. I have to manually run the hypersnap. And, in startup are disabled. Sometimes textsnap worked in previous versions of hypersnap.

I'm really not sure what could be wrong there. Maybe Windows system itself is somehow currupt, and it would be better to reinstall the system completely. However if everything else is working well for you, this rather big effort would not make sense for TextSnap feature only. Greg
