HS7.05 textsnap group is grayed out

why  is text snap group grayed out and no text snap happens?

 
 
Please provide this additional data: 
Exact HyperSnap version in use (from Help/About menu): 7.05.02______ 
Windows version in use: windows 7 x64 ultimate______

    Because you need to enable text capture first, see the check-boxes on the "TextSnap" tab of HyperSnap. Put the check-mark into "Plain Text" and "RTF" or only one of them. The "Tab delimited" option is for special cases, so do not check it.

    Hi Greg,
    in H7.11.03, (french version), what ever box you check, Textsnap still stays grey...  : (

    I suggest rebooting your computer, it may fix the problem.
