A little request - remaining time

Can you please add an approximation of the remaining time to read at the current speed?
Shouldn't be too difficult - just check how much time it took to read X characters at the given speed, and calculate how many characters remains.

    Probably I should do this, it's not the first time I receive this request. Maybe it would be simple to estimate for the currently loaded article, as it's processed for speech, sub-divided into sentences etc. No idea how to do this for other articles on a reading list or ebook chapters/parts. Before actually loading them in and processing, which takes time, there is no way to know how much text to read is there. The file size is not a good indication - there may be a lot of formatting code, scripts, styles etc. in any given file or ebook chapter.

    For me, at least, just an estimation for the current chapter is enough :)
