HyperSnap8 only licensed for ONE user

HyperSnap8 only licensed for ONE user

We have installed HyperSnap8 on a number of computers on our network. On most computers, the program works as expected regardless of who is logged in.
 
However on one one computer the license is not working for any user except one in particular (an administrator). All other users see the license error shown below:
 
HyperSnap 8 License Information
Temporary License for: UNLICENSED
License expires on: [   ] / [   ] / [   ]
How to get a licensee
Restore license from a file
etc.
 
I logged in as one of the users that gets this error, clicked on Restore license from a file, and browsed to the HyperSnap folder. I added the license file and now HyperSnap works fine for THIS USER. However it’s still the same situation for any other user who tries to log in and use the program (ie: now two users are working fine).
 
What is the difference on this machine vs all other machines? What can we do to solve this? Reinstall?

    The simplest way to make the license visible to all users would be to copy it to an ASCII file named HprSnap8.hs8lic, and place this file in the same folder, from which the users run the executable, HprSnap8.exe.
