I have a confirmation now from several users that my fix works fine. If you still experience this problem, please update your copy of HyperSnap 7.14 from the link posted above, or from "Software Update" button inside HyperSnap program and all should be well.

I too was having the problem when capturing a scrolling web page on Windows 7 x64 and IE. I downloaded your updated version and was able to do a few captures with it.

Could you - or anyone else reading this, who experience the same issue - update your HyperSnap 7 again from this link:

and then test and tell me if the issue still persists? I still was unable to reproduce it, but changed a suspect code and need to know if the problem is fixed on your machines as well or not yet. If not yet, I would still apreciate someone sending me the configuration file (HprSnap7.ini) as described above. Thank you!

Same here, Win 7 64 bit & HyperSnap 7.14
I had to reinstall an older version that I had saved as I have work to do.
Please get this fixed.

Please email me (support@...) your configuration files, saved through "Save CFG" button on the Setup ribbon tab, or "Options" menu, "Save Configuration". At this time I have no idea what can cause it - on any system I tested this did not happen.

Is there any way I can get the English 7.13.05 version of hypersnap? The new version is freezing the screen when I invoke Ctrl-Shift-R In Opera 11 as well as windows 7.

Please provide this additional data:
Exact HyperSnap version in use (from Help/About menu): ___7.14.00___
Windows version in use: _Windows_7_64-bit___
