Maybe the license you have is damaged or incomplete. Try to use "Find Lost License" link at top left of our web site to recover you full, undamaged license. If you still have problems after that, contact us by email with all the data, including your full license text.

Hi:

I have my license key 5.63.02, I saw that the last versión that can be used with license key 5 is the 6.13.02. So I installed the V6.13.02 and tried to use my license key 5.63.02 but it did not work.

Could you tell me how can I actívate it with my license key?
