Missing .DLL when upgrading HyperSnap 64 bit from 8.19.00 to 8.20.00

Hello Support,
Today I updated my 64 bit license of HyperSnap, from version 8.19.00 to 8.20.00
After the update I could not start HyperSnap any more.
When starting HyperSnap I receive an error message :
"The program can't start because api-ms-win-shcore-scaling-l1-1-1.dll is missing from your computer.
Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
 
I downloaded again the application in version 8.20.00 and reinstalled it.
This did not solve the issue.
 
My computer is running Win 7.
Previous version 8.19.00 worked perfectly.
 
What shall I do to fix this issue ?
How can I download the previous version 8.19.00 ?

    Version 8.20 is for Windows 10 and 11. I no longer support Windows 7. You may download the older version 8.15 from https://hyperionics.com/?Page=hsdx/downloads.asp page.

    Thank you for this clarifications.
    I installed version 8.15 and it works fine for me on Win 7.
