Feature suggestion: Detect an image/chart and pause to let the user have a look

I am sure that many users would be using their mobile in screen-locked mode, and just listen to a book/article. 
 
But some books have charts, photos, tables and images.
 
It would be great if @Voice pauses when the cursor comes up to such an object, so that the user can unlock the phone, check out the object and then prompt @Voice to proceed.
 
Note that unlocking the phone is a trivial task: All we have to do is to face the camera or place a finger on the fingerprint reader.
