Please tell me exactly, step by step, what do you press and where for this crash to happen. Also note that HyperSnap "Save As" window has an option box near bottom left, described as "After save: Minimize HyperSnap". Are you sure that the app crashes and disappears completely, or maybe it is just minimizing as instructed by this option? If you can, please send me the file on which the crash happens. You could send it by email to [link=mailto:support@hyperionics.com,]support@hyperionics.com[/link]. Describe the problem in the email again, because I get a lot of emails, so if I get a file without any explanation, I will simply delete it without much thought. Greg Quote #2
