Print Screen hotkey won't always work

Hello !
in "Screen Capture Hot Keys" I've set up Region Capture as "Print Screen Key Handling" so that Hypersnap does a region capture when I press the "Print Screen" button on my keyboard.

It works great 95% of the time, but sometimes when I press "Print Screen" nothing happens. I have to click on the taskbar so that the "Print Screen" Key works again and Hypersnap start to ask me what region I want to capture.

Any ideas to fix this problem ?
 
I'm using hypersnap 8.17 !

    I really cannot tell why this happens on your computer. Maybe some other app is interfering, no idea. I would simply assign another key to this function. Otherwise you could observe what exactly is the active app and active window when the key does not work. Maybe that window/app is intercepting Print Screen key for its own purposes. Or maybe it's simply the keyboard malfunction...
