How to increase Hypersnap menu display

I am on a Microsoft Surface Pro and having difficulty seeing the Hypersnap menu - characters are VERY small.  Increasing screen zoom % doesn't impact the menu size.  
 
A pain for old eyes!

    There is no setting to change this in HyperSnap software. It's possible with Windows 10 Display settings as follows:
     
    - right click desktop, click "Display settings"
    - scroll down until you see "Scale and layout, click on the blue sign "Advanced scaling settings"
    - on the next screen below "Custom scaling" header, enter a higher value, e.g. I had 100%, changed to to 150%. You need to log off and log on back to Windows for this change to take effect.
