cannot exit or close the app. I have to use force stop.

Close down does not shut down the app. I love the app yet don't want to have to keep using force stop. Help please.

    It performs some brief maintenance before exiting, maybe you don't wait long enough for it to exit completely (and the notification to disappear?) It may take a few seconds, sometimes longer, to finish that job.
