Control Shift R and a strange selection rectangle

I have latest Win 10 and latest Nvidia drivers and the latest hypersnap.

When I do C-S-R and choose a region, it populates into hypersnap but there is a weird rectangle seperated from the image. I have to drag the rectangle over the image. When I do that, the image jumps to the bottom right of hypersnap.

Maybe you have defined accidentally a stamp and made it auto-add to all captures. Check under the Image ribbon tab, Stamp button, un-check all "Auto insert" boxes or delete unneeded stamps.

There are no stamps and auto insert was not checked.

Then I don't know what it is. Maybe if I've seen an image of the problem, I would have a better idea.
