HyperSnap 8.16.08 (64-bit) Not Auto-Starting with Windows - and Minimize Actually Closes

A few days ago, I downloaded and installed the subject HyperSnap version.  Auto-Start with Windows is no longer working.  And in addition, when I have it open then minimize it, HyperSnap actually closes instead of minimizing.

Did you press the "Setup" ribbon button, then "Startup" button, turn on the option "Auto-Start with Windows" there? What other options exactly are set on this screen and which button exactly do you press to minimize HyperSnap?

    A: Yes

A:  Attempted image insert - hope it worked (not clear)
    checked:
    Auto-Start with Windows
    Wlways start minimized
    Display system tray icon

Number of most recent files on File menu = 16

The minimize is using the ' - ' in the upper right-hand corner of the HyperSnap window.  Next to it are the Maximize square and the Windows Close X

When you press minimize button with the settings you selected, the big button of HyperSnap in the Windows taskbar disappears, and there is only a HyperSnap tiny icon in the "system tray", where the clock is. It may not be visible immediately, you may need to press the > button there to show all the tiny icons available in the System Tray. So HyperSnap is not exiting when you minimize it, just find its icon hidden in Windows system tray. It may be also starting with Windows, but minimized to this tiny, hidden system tray icon. It should still respond to hot keys for example, if the hot keys are active.

Thanks, Greg - just as you indicated.  When I eliminated the System Tray icon check, it stayed in the task bar when minimized and functioned as I expected, keeping my captured images.
