Speech Setup Keeps Popping Up

Upgraded to 2.16.08 (not sure what the old vers was) and all of the sudden I have started getting a speech recognition setup when I startup Hypersnap.  Doesn't matter whether I just start it or double click an image.     I can get rid of the dialog but it's pretty annoying and pops up every time I start HyperSnap.  No other program, just Hypersnap.

    Press the Setup ribbon tab in HyperSnap 8, and find the "Voice" button with a microphone, click it to turn off the voice commands.
