Customize the ribbon broken in 8.16.04

Just put up the 8.16.04 and went to customize the ribbon uhh nothing shows for available command list and nothing for main tabs. Is it just me I did not do an uninstall and reinstall yet and I upgraded by using the internal offer that show on the ribbon.  Also any chance upgrades can grab some info from the like ribbon config and just reuse it, pain to have to set things up each time there is an upgrade.  Using Win10 latest 1709 specifically 16299.192
 
Also now in this Forum: image management upload from gallery is broken so I can not send along a picture

    Indeed, I see now that the command lists under Customize are empty. Will have to debug the issue in the code, no doubt caused by upgrade of underlying 3rd party library.

    Thank you again, I admit that I was properly annoyed - with myself. Fixed it now, please download HyperSnap version 8.16.05 from this site.
