Play Button Grayed Out

Hi, folks. I love your @voice app. I use it all the time. However, I now have the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 phone and the play button when I use @voice is grayed out. I cannot figure out how to use @voice on this phone. Please help.

It just won't read anything on this phone.

    This should not happen normally, the only possible solution I can think of is to uninstall @Voice app, reboot the device, then install it back from Google Play.
