Top ribbon missing

Hello, I've been using Hypersnap 6.91.03 for years with no issues.  Yesterday I clicked something by mistake and it deleted my top ribbon, so I'm now missing all the tools I need (color pallete, arrows, lines, circle, insert text, etc.)
 
Does anyone know how to restore this?  Thank you in advance.

    Press "View" menu on top, then press "Toolbar" to show the main toolbar, or "Drawing Tools" etc.
