Windows 10 - Text size in Settings Windows too large

I just installed HS 8 on my Windows 10 Machine.
 
The text size in the settings windows, e.g. Hot Keys, Capture settings, etc. is way too large.
I've reduced the display settings in Windows to 100%, but no change.
What is the setting in Windows or HS that I need to make to be able to see the text correctly.

    Could you try to reboot the computer first and see if the problem persists. If it does not, maybe there is some strange font size setting somewhere in the system registry, let me know first what happens after reboot, then will think some more.
