Auto resize after capturing

Is there any simple way to resize 50% automatically after capturing, or change that size when to save it?

    Look on the "Capture" ribbon tab, "Capture Settings" button, "Crop & Scale" tab, enable "Scale Image" option and enter 0.5 as "scale factor", press OK. Then capture something, will be auto-scaled to 50%.
