Crash problem

Reinstalled AWM (up to date version) on a new WIN 10 install. It keeps crashing and I am asked to shut it down. Task manager shows four processes running including two 32 bit process after the requested shut down. It continues to cause various problems with the computer.  I have to shut the processes down manually and then I lose the task bar on my second monitor.
Any suggestions please?

I don't understand what is AVM? I have no such product. If you mean HyperSnap v8, I have no idea what else to try, I never had such problem myself, and did not hear from any other users describing anything similar.

    Oh dear,
I hope you don't have to deal with many idiots. I sent the message on the wrong website. The problem is with Actual Windows Manager which is also crashing your product when I shut it down. Please accept my apologies.
