Multiple pdf image capture

I want to scan a 5 page document in PDF format AND capture it as one file. Can this be done please?

    You could capture pages one by one, then paste them one below the other. Or set Adobe Acrobat Reader to "Enable scrolling" under View menu - Page display, then use "Scroll page" or "Scroll region" command in HyperSnap 8.
