Making HyperSnap work on WinPE (Windows Presentation Platform)

Windows Presentation Platform (also known as Windows PE and WinPE) is a lightweight version of Windows used for the deployment of PCs, workstations, and servers, or troubleshooting an operating system while it is offline.
Our user Ron made HyperSnap 8 working on it by installing the optional packages listed below. We are not sure which were absolutely necessary, the NetFx package is probably not needed for HyperSnap, as the program does not use any .NET technology. Thank you, Ron!
