program failure

Help! When copying text outside the program, the program picks it up and voices it, thus knocking down the bookmark of the book. You have to re-choose a previously read book. How to disable this bug in the settings? Thank you!

    Turn off the option to speak aloud copied text. The fastest way is to pull down notifications form top of the screen, then press the round icon at right, with a clipboard and small loudspeaker icon. Or you may disable it under the Settings menu in @Voice app - Speech settings - probably on START tab (don't remember where exactly this option is, because it's no longer available on Android 10 and higher anyway, due to the changes in Android system Google made).
