hypersnap doesn't recognize my license key

Hi, I purchased hypersnap in 2016. I now have a new laptop. I'd like to use hypersnap on my new laptop and delete it from my old laptop, but after downloading hypersnap to my new laptop, it doesn't recognize the license key I enter. I enter the same license key from my 2016 laptop.

    You probably entered only the serial number, not the entire license key. To recover a lost license, please use the "Find Lost License" link at top-left of https://hyperionics.com
