Problem with launching Hypersnap

Hi,
I'm having trouble launching Hypersnap. Until recently, it worked fine, but now I get the following message popping up:
"This app can't run on your PC
To find aversion for your for your PC, check with the software publisher"
I'm running a standard Windows 10 laptop, so nothing strange there. Any help would really be appreciated.

    This is strange, I did not see such message and did not receive similar reports from other users. Do you know if your computer has a 32-bit or 64-bit processor? The most probable reason would be trying to run 64-bit program on 32-bit machine. The other way (32-bit program on 64-bit machine) would still work fine. Please try to uninstall HyperSnap 8 from your computer, reboot, download and install back the correct version from https://hyperionics.com/?Page=hsdx/downloads.asp page.
