Uninstall/reinstall @Voice app without losing saved articles, reading lists etc.
If @Voice app must be uninstalled and re-installed again for some reason, this would delete all the reading lists and files saved under the main app default folder.
Here is what you could do to avoid such deletion - important! it must be done BEFORE uninstalling @Voice: Press the Settings button (gear icon) on top – or “Settings” on the menu (3 vertical dots at top right), if gear icon is not visible. Then press “Backup @Voice folder” - you may scroll up to see this item near the end of Settings list. The system file and folder browser screen appears. Please select there either a local folder, or maybe a cloud storage, such as Google Drive or Dropbox. You will see a file name like "atVoiceFolderBackup" at the bottom, and a SAVE button. If you want, modify the file name to better describe what it is, then press SAVE. A zip file like atVoiceFolderBackup.zip will be saved in selected location.
Now you may proceed to uninstall @Voice, reboot device, install it back from Google Play our our web site (please don't install from any other sources, as they may contain modified, hacked versions of the app that may be harmful). After it's installed, open the Settings menu again, press "Restore @Voice folder" and select the file atVoiceFolderBackup.zip that you before.
You could use this method also to transfer contents of @Voice folder (with saved articles, bookmarks, speech edits, progress in reading all items etc.) to another Android device, particularly if you saved the atVoiceFolderBackup.zip to Google Drive or other cloud storage that you may easily access on both devices.
