Capture by Print Screen Key don't work

We have Hypersnap 8.16.2
In Screen Capture Hot Keys we have selected 'Capture Full Screen' in Print Screen Key Handling combo, but when we press this key nothing is captured.

    Please make sure that the "Enable Hot Keys" on the same screen has a check-mark, or add check-mark on the Capture ribbon tab in the "Hotkeys on" field. It then works, unless maybe some other program took over that key on your system.
