lost share function

Android LG G4

Today I don't see the option to share a quote to my Buffer app.
Share to Facebook remains on the list, but does not cite article source, or paste quote from clipboard.

I'm not sure why Buffer is not showing in the Share options, maybe something with the Buffer app is not right? In @Voice, after opening say an Internet article, there are 2 ways to share:

    - Press menu button - Share button on top of the menu (3 connected dots), select e.g. Facebook. If Facebook app is installed, the article link (with title and often with a small image) is prepared for posted, plus you may write something, there is nothing to paste that comes from @Voice app, unless you earlier copied some text in @Voice or elsewhere.

    - Select some fragment of text in @Voice by long-pressing a word and moving the blue handles, then in the reference toolbar press the 3 vertical dots (overflow menu of that toolbar), select Share - empty Facebook post appears, but info that you may paste text copied in @Voice.

Maybe you got confused by these two share methods?
