Thumbnail panel dont dock on left vertical site

My thumbnail panel has changed so it will only floate in vertical view.
When I move it to horisontal view - it will dock.
How do I get the thumbnail panel back to dock on left vertical view (which also should be the default settings).

    Just grab it by the title bar and move to the left edge of HyperSnap window. Specifically your cursor must be very close to the left edge for the docking to take place.
