Citrix XenApp Licensing

Hi,
I wanted to ask you, how does the licensing in Citrix XenApp for Hypersnap works.
For example, if I install Hypersnap on the XenApp Server (= Kind of a terminal Server) and 30 users connect to the Server but only 5 are allowed to use Hypersnap (I can configure this in Citrix, so that the other 25 users don't even see an Icon or Folder of Hypersnap), then do I Need to buy only 5 licenses?

    If you can configure that only 5 users can access it at a time, a license for 5 users would be enough.
